[edit] Activities/Media

  • do we need video? We could make a parcel for the Museum so that it had its own video -- or we could use the amphitheatre
  • dance? music?
  • artists panel? We could arrange for them to call a special number and port the conversation into the music control, as we did for the Artists on the Green event.
  • other ideas?

[edit] Marketing and Logistics

  • Open to public but also by special invitation? We'll put it on the program
  • We generally limit our events to 50 avs to keep things running smoothly
  • Here is a link to the official blurb for the symposium
