Woosong University’s Asia Photo Exhibit on Outreach

We are pleased to see an increase in the number of events happening on the NMC Educational Communities, the sub-leased sims that are being used by our growing list of clients. Running through September 7 over on Outreach, Woosong University located in Daejeon, South Korea, is running an Asia Photo Exhibit as a way of introducing themselves to the NMC community. It's been more than a week since the end of the NMC Symposium on Creativity on Second Life, yet we continue to find thing to share! Symposium on Creativity: Live Music With Chronic Skronski

As a special, fun event, yesterday evening we had a social activity held at a lofty 600 meters above NMC Campus, a new NMC Faculty Club designed by Stella Costello. We were fortunate to have live music performed for us by Chronic Skronski. The Show Went On!

We had an enthusiastic turnout for Sunday's performance of The Show Must Go On- live vaudeville performed at the theater on NMC Campus at Learning. There was dancing, cyclists, comedy, razzle dazzle, all served up in a flavor of well choreographed action. Several avatars did quick changes behind the scenes (a little bit of alt-zooming allows you to see how things are prepared before the curtain opens-- cannot do that in areal theater). We're just making the preliminary announcements, so for your calendaring pleasure, the NMC will be offering a week long online symposium, completely in Second Life, focused on creativity in this virtual space.
