The Vice President will deliver the inaugural James. R. Soles Lecture on the Constitution and Citizenship and the we will celebrate the gift of Mr. Biden’s three decades of U.S. Senate papers to the University of Delaware library.
The lecture will be sponsored annually by the Department of Political Science and International Relations as UD’s official recognition of the approval of the United States Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787.
