Hello everyone,

The University of Delaware invites you to join us March 24, 2010 – 4:30p.m PT (7:30pm ET) for this week’s live simulcast of our Global Agenda 2010-Understanding Political Islam series.

Our guest this week is Geneive  Abdo and her topic - Muslims in Iran and the U.S.
Geneive Abdo was a foreign correspondent for many years in the Middle East and the Islamic world, and the first American journalist based in Tehran after the United States cut ties with Iran following the 1979 Islamic Revolution. She is a fellow at The Century Foundation, and previously worked at the United Nations’ Alliance of Civilizations to improve relations between Western and Islamic societies.
