Summer Conference SL Location Updates

A brief update on the planned sessions of this week’s NMC Summer Conference that will have several sessions connected to Second Life - to simplify the “finding” we have decided to hold all of them in the same location- the new Red Rocks Amphitheater at Research Park (39,18,45).

You can find on the screens here, and elsewhere on NMC Campus, a schedule of the live events that will take place in Second Life.

If you are at the conference, you will have a chance to meet our NMC Virtual Worlds developers who created this new stunning facility.

Note that this does not include the demo of the voice capability during the conference opening reception on Wednesday 3:00-5:00 pm PDT/SLT - this one takes place on the beta grid. You will need to download a new Second Life Voice Beta client and then go to NMC Campus (128,225,42).

Wednesday’s update is going to be a big one, and we have all of our paws crossed that it goes smoothly, in time for the opening reception. What are the odds are this will be a smooth, silky update?
