Second Convention

Why not? Some folks have planned a Second Life version of a convention, calling it Second Convention. It’s offering advertised segments on Socializing, Creations, Fashions, Racing, And Humor– are these the five senses?
No Learning or Education, but heck, it could be Fun.
Conventions are a great deal of fun, they’re a great way to find out what’s happening in a community, and a great way for businesses to connect with their consumers. There is however one problem with every Convention, they can be hard to get to… So why not have a convention is Second Life, spread it out over a couple days so people can attend during the work week or the weekend or even the whole thing if their schedual permits. Spread it out across multiple sims and multiple days/hours to distribute the load/crowds, have some fun events, and give the business people and consumer a chance to intermingle. Well, we thought it would be a fun idea anyway, so that’s how we came up with the idea for Second Convention…
This takes place March 1- March 3 on Artificial Isle. Maybe they’ll have great swag?
