NMConnect Call For Artists

CDB Barkley (aka Alan Levine) : Jan 18, 2007 02:21pm

Attention Second Life art creators! We have a call for artists interested in presenting/displaying their work February 11-13 for the NMConnect event. NMC is hosting what should be the largest collaborative art event in Second Life, and we are working with In Kenzo and AMO Studio on the planning efforts.

NMConnect Call for Artists
For information on the call for artists, please first review the one page description and then complete the NMConnect Connection form.

Join hundreds of artists, educators, designers and researchers in this visual symposium in Second Life. Structures of artistic expression in every medium will be linked and combined to tell new stories on how we bond within our shared new worlds, revolving around the themes of Love, Peace, Beauty, Truth, Chaos, and Wisdom.

The February 7-11 event will take place on 4 new empty NMC sims that will host the activities. In addition to the art on display, there will be on going panel discussions, demonstrations, and other activities.

The call for artists is open through the end of January. For any questions about the event, please contact In Kenzo.

    I look forward to this!
If you need panel particpants for discussions on art as an art historian in RL, I would be happy to particpate.
