Trying Out Second Talk

How much will the Second Life experience change when we can easily talk by audio rather than typing in chat? There is new tinkering on the edges with the release today of SecondTalk, an inworld device that allows you to find and speak to other avatars via Skype. Join Us in World For EDUCAUSE/ELI Presentation

On Monday January 22, at 12:00 PM PST, a few of us from NMC Campus (myself, Larry Pixel, and Heidi Teecee) will be doing a RL presentation at the EDUCAUSE/ELI conference in Atlanta. We're aiming to start with a demo of Second Life, and are looking for some people willing to show up in world, perhaps wave hello, say/chat a few things, and ideally, be a sort of back channel for the session.
