SL Powerpoint Viewer

I am not a Powerpoint user nor do I condone abuse by bullet slides, but since it is so frequently requested, I am looking at some different tools that might make it easier to bring content into SL other than the tedious uploading of images. Web tools should make it fairly easy to read content into SL from outside.
This is a fairly rough example, but does show how a directory of images can in theory, be displayed sequentially on a SL prim.

As a promise to Professor B, I am checking out this screen which loads images from a web directory, ostensibly ones exported from PowerPoint, so one can click through them bullet points in SL. Demo at Taedong 85,152,143

This viewer requires images are named “Slide1.JPG”, “Slide2.JPG” (can you see the hard wired reference to PowerPoint expotage?). I’m not sure if it is capable of resizing images to fit the screen (or if it must go in the other direction).
My crystal ball predicts we will have more web to/from SL content integration this year. Maybe.
