Next Teacher’s Buzz: Visit to Otis College

There is no Buzz session next week, but we pick up with more sessions in 2007. We are looking to build out our schedule, so please let us know your ideas, suggestions for places to tour… offers to lead a session (?). These need not be fancy productions– the main purpose of the Buzz Sessions are to provide a time and place for conversations about teaching in Second Life.

For the next NMC Campus Teacher’s Buzz meeting, we continue our field trips with a visit to Otis College of Art and Design’s new spot on EduIsland. The space, built by Porterhouse Dobbs and SueMaeLA Escape, houses a gallery currently showing work by Otis students and faculty. The comfortable beach space in the back features a whiteboard which will show scenes from RL Otis.
