John Lester/Pathfinder Linden… NMC 2006 Regional Conference hosted by Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas
John Lester, a.k.a Pathfinder Linden in SL was a keynote speaker at the NMC 2006 Regional Conference in San Antonio.
His talk on “Virtual Worlds, Real People, and Learning” provided a comprehensive overview of Second Life and some of the acomplishments and potential for education.
Here, John poses with his avatar rendered as a RL object by Fabjectory, a company that creates SL avatars as real world statues by a process of 3D printing. Learn more about how the “Pathfinder Mini-me” was created from the Fabjectory blog.
