Sighting of Second Life at Educause

There are currently 7,000 people in Dallas, Texas attending the 2006 National Educause conference (I happen to be one of them). Wow, what a great second day for the Symposium on Impact of Digital Media -- our data shows for our late afternoon event, we had 69 avatars present and over the day we had 85 unique avators on campus. Today's main screen featured the Global Kids in Second Life video that highlights the great work this project is achieving over in the Teen Grid.
