KNMC Hits The Airwaves!

CDB Barkley (aka Alan Levine) : Aug 23, 2006 12:07am

We have a new audio service from NMC Campus… an in-world radio station. Okay, it is not really a radio station, but we are using a new way to provide audio content from or about NMC Campus.

Tuning your itunes or Windows Media Player to KNMC at http://www.nmc.org/sl/knmc.pls will connect you to a selected audio stream coming from our satellite. For example, currently playing is Larry Pixel’s presentation from the SLCC Convention, which just a few minutes ago replaces the recorded panel discussion from the August 12 Artists on the Green event.

You will be “hearing” a lot more from KNMC as this year unfolds.

By the way, we appreciate the International Space Flight Museum letting us us an image of the Voyager ship to represent here our radio tower.
